Does Keller Homes build new homes, remodel, or both?
Both. We build custom new homes and also handle remodels, additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, and custom stone and tile work.
Can I use my own floor plan, or do I have to pick from yours?
Either way. You can choose from several available floor plans or design a completely custom layout with us — whatever fits how you want to live.

What we promise is a clear, itemized budget before we ever break ground — and then we build to it, on time and on budget. How long does a custom build take?
Most custom homes run roughly 9 to 14 months from breaking ground to move-in, depending on the size of the home, your site, and your selections. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated at every stage.
Can you help with financing or finding a lot?
Plenty of our clients come to us with a lot already; others are still looking. Either way, we're happy to talk through lot options and point you toward trusted local financing resources as part of your consultation.
